You can access your account by logging into your own account on our website. The Loyalty and Referral page will sit on the main account page below where you currently manage your subscriptions.

Once you are logged into your account you will see your points total on the right hand side during the checkout process.

You can redeem your points at checkout or when you are on your account page, by simply scrolling down and clicking the ‘redeem’ button, you will then get a code to use at checkout. There are two ways to redeem: 1. Redeeming at checkout: when you hit the checkout page, you will see your points total on the right hand side of the screen and then a drop-down option below that will list any rewards you can redeem. Rewards being £5, £10, £15 or £20 off. No code is required for this method of redeeming points. 2. Redeeming on the Loyalty and Referral page: when you login to your account and scroll down on the Loyalty and Referral page you will see a section called ‘how to use your points’. From here you can click ‘redeem points’ and you will then be given a discount code which can be used on the checkout page.

Customers can still only use one discount code or redeem one amount of points per order. For example you cannot get a code from the Loyalty & Referral page and use the drop down method on the checkout page or use any other available discount codes in the same order.

Yes. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Rewards History’ button at the top of the Loyalty & Referral page.

The minimum amount of points you must earn to redeem any awards is 100 points. 100 points = £5 off!

You can refer as many people as you like. However, you will only get rewarded with points if the person you refer makes an account with us!

Each point you earn is worth 5p.

You have to spend £1 to get 1 point and you have ways of earning points as well such as; following our social media accounts, signing up for SMS updates, referring a friend and so much more! These can all be found on the Rewards home page!
