How much is delivery?

UK Mainland.
We have have recently listened to customer feedback and have now moved all UK Mainland deliveries to tracked 48hr service via Royal Mail. 

Due to price changes from our distribution partners we have made the decision to increase our standard shipping price to £2.99.  

If your order is over £30 you will receive FREE Standard 48hr Shipping.

If your order is under £30 there will be a small postage fee, charged inline with our postage charges:

  • UK Mainland (Excluding London Congestion Charge) £2.99
  • UK Mainland (Congestion Charge Area) £2.99
  • UK Next Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 1pm) n.b - Friday orders after 1pm will not be despatched until Monday. £5.99

Highlands & Offshore UK.
For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, we use Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, our postage charges are:

Current UK Delivery Timeframes.

We are switching fulfilment partners over the course of the next 1-2 weeks from the 29th January. Our fulfilment partner is responsible for picking and packing our orders to get them dispatched with our selected couriers (Royal Mail, DPD etc).

With this in mind, this could cause a slight delay in some orders being dispatched for which we sincerely apologise. We hope for this process to run smoothly, but if your order is delayed we kindly ask for you to allow an extra 1-2 working days for it to arrive. 

For any next day deliveries, please do reach out to us if this has not been received in this timeframe and our customer care team will be sure to assist you.

Rest of the World.
We are working really hard to get our products to all our customer across the globe, we use a network of couriers to help us get to you, charges for the following countries are below:


**Orders valued under €22 won’t be subject to VAT or duties until July 1, 2021 as part of an agreed scheme between the UK and the EU – with this date set to be extended.**

**Orders worth over €22 but below €150 may be taxed at the border and may possibly incur a customs handling fee in the receiving country, these charges will vary from country to country.**

We have taken the decision to reduce our delivery destinations due to complications since 'Brexit'. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused - we hope to reintroduce more delivery destinations in the future. 

Delivery dates are only estimates and Nutravita does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance. 

We now have country specific websites set up for Germany and Italy where you can shop in your localised language, pay cheaper shipping fees and not worry about customs fees. The website URLs are below. 




When placing an order with us on our website, we treat it as an offer to buy and will send an email confirmation of the order. If the order is accepted, the product will be dispatched, at which point we enter into a legal contract with you. Payment is processed at the time the goods are dispatched. We have the right to choose not to accept any order; in this case we will contact you to advise you of this fact.

We can process payments from MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards, and PayPal.

All prices on our website are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Prices quoted over the phone may differ from those shown on our website. Read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Nutravita applies the highest business security standards, adopting https pages (secure and encrypted pages) where necessary. We recognise the importance of security regarding credit card information you send us over the Internet, and we take all the necessary precautions to protect our customers' personal information and to store it securely. We check your payment card when we receive your order. Payment is deducted when the order is dispatched. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point of the final page of our ordering process. Sensitive information that is transmitted to us online is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. In addition, access to all of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Refunds & Returns

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item according to local and European Law within 14 (fourteen) days after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all items which are offered and purchased on this website. To withdraw from a purchase you must notify us by letter, fax or email to arrange collection of the item. There is no need to give any reason for the withdrawal however to exercise your right of withdrawal you must return the item in the same condition in which it was delivered to you within a 14 day period after giving notice.

Please note that you are liable for the delivery costs of returning the item to us. Please send any request for withdrawal, with your details, to the following address:

Please clearly mark for the attention of Nutravita on the outside of the package and also include your order number and name within the parcel. Please contact our customer service team to advise that you wish to return any items prior to shipping them.


If the withdrawal is made in the above manner, the purchase contract for the item is cancelled and we shall refund your money within 28 (twenty-eight) days from your notice. The only exception would be if you have used the item excessively or improperly, i.e. not just tested if it is right for the intended purposes; in such a case you have to pay the loss value of the item and the shipping costs.

We will give you a full refund of the return charge, if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. These terms do not affect your legal statutory rights. 

PLEASE NOTE: Order amendments/cancellations cannot be made over weekends and bank holidays. Our customer service team are available between 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Any amendment or cancellation requests made outside of these hours may not be processed in time and your order will continue to be processed by our fulfilment team.
