We thought our first post should be related to supplements in some way shape or form. Here at Nutravita we are huge advocates of certain supplements ability to promote well being and influence weight loss alongside a great balanced diet, lots of good exercise and plenty of water!

The Nutravita range essentially consists of supplements that contain certain herbs and natural ingredients that either increase energy, detoxify, stimulate metabolism, and/or suppress appetite. NutraVita's product range contain all natural ingredients to supplement weight loss, many supplements are sold with the purpose of helping people lose weight, but not all of them use natural ingredients exclusively. If you are wary of chemicals and artificial ingredients, you will prefer The Nutravita range above all else to help you on your journey for a healthier mind, body & soul.

Since we Launched in late 2014, Nutravita has helped thousands of people achieve their desired goals. A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrition it needs to function properly. In order to get truly balanced nutrition, you should obtain the majority of your daily calories from fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. However, all nutritional plans need to be designed to suit individual goals, differences and requirements as no two people are the same.

Being active is an important part of any weight-loss or weight-maintenance program. When you're active, your body uses more energy (calories). And when you burn more calories than you consume, you lose weight. There are other factors that can influence this equation because of changes that occur in the body over time, calories may need to be decreased further to continue weight loss.

Drink Water!! It’s good for you; a significant portion (over 60%) of your body is composed of water, and when you lose fluids through sweat, exertion, bodily functions, consuming water can help you replenish fluids. Drinking water during the day can help keep you feeling full without consuming high-calorie coffees and snacks. You may also eat less when you do have a snack, as you should already have the sensation of being full. Consuming fewer calories on a daily basis can help speed weight loss.
