This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for an enthusiastic, individual with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for a methodical and numerate individual who happy to work as part of a team, but who is also happy to work autonomously using initiative and troubleshooting skills when required. You will work as part of the Operations Team reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, with particular focus on Excel. Experience with Google Sheets and Unleashed (Cloud based inventory management system) is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job Description & Key Duties:

Update warehouse with new SKUs and associated information

Manage Warehouse Orders

• create new requests from planning
• manage orders and warehouse to ensure timely delivery based on stock levels and priority
• update Unleashed inventory to reflect orders placed

 Shipment bookings

• utilise dispatch destination information and amounts to book shipments
• book FBA shipments
• book warehouse shipments
• update Unleashed and Shipment

 Monitor & Maintain Tracker to reflect shipments, including receipting PO Received shipments

• monitor shipments and amounts received
• update Unleashed and Shipment Tracker to reflect shipments received
• follow up on shipments not received/amount discrepancies to resolve
• escalate shipment issues that cannot be resolved

 Sales Orders

• ensure timely completion of Sales Orders in Unleashed
• follow up on Sales Orders that cannot be completed to resolve
• escalate Sales Order completion issues that cannot be resolved
• Issue Resolution and Escalation

 Provide feedback and support on Stock Reconciliation as requested

• Investigate discrepancies

Support

• provide support on other stock operations roles

 Communication within Team and with Other Teams to provide updates
