Customer Service Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has great attention to detail to work within our Customer Service team for an entrepreneurial business. We have grown as a company of 3 to 30 within 4 years and we expect to continue to grow at this rate. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career with a company who offers progression.

Start Date: ASAP

Industry: Nutrition & Beauty E-commerce

Working Hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30pm)

Location: Maidenhead (with remote working until the Government guidelines ease)

Job Description: Within this role you will be handling inbound customer enquiries and incoming customer calls, processing customers’ orders, delivery requests and overseeing the order process from start to end to ensure that the customer needs and service levels are achieved.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing inbound emails from customers and the maintenance of email processes 

• Liaising with other departments within the company as and when required to complete tasks

• Tracking orders and making sure they are managed and dispatched correctly, flagging any potential issues you may come across

• Handling incoming customer calls and managing their enquiries or complaints to resolve

Desirable Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - email and telephone

• Complaint handling and problem solving 

• Ability to Multi-Task 

• Microsoft Office Knowledge - Word, Excel, Powerpoint 

• The ability to work in an enthusiastic team as well as being able to take ownership with sole tasks 

• Organised and Attention to detail

• Bi-lingual (Italian/Spanish) 

Desirable Experience:

• 1 year Customer Service Experience
